TOOTH GEMS
Yes it is possible! However we do add a travel fee which is dependant on distance if you're booking outside of the Municipality of Durham Region (area of service)
If you would like to know if we're able to travel to your location and if a travel fee is applicable before you book, please email us your inquiry at hello@32diamonds.ca,(mailto:hello@32diamonds.ca) include your desired location of service and we'll email you a quote.
If you're happy with the travel fee and are ready to book an appointment, head over to our website to book online, we'll be happy to provide you with our services.
All individual and group bookings require a 20% non-refundable deposit to ensure your booked time slot. Deposits are applied to the total cost of the booked service.
Tooth gem bar services require a 20% deposit to ensure your booked time slot. Deposits are refundable under certain criteria (read our cancellation policy). Deposit is applied to the total cost of the booked service.
For Individual and Group Bookings:
• Please reschedule or cancel at least 48 hours (2 days) before the beginning of your appointment.
• Deposits are non-refundable but are transferable to rescheduled appointments made in accordance with our policy.
• No Shows, Cancellations, and any Reschedules less than 48hours (2 days) from the start of your appointment time will forfeit your deposit.
For Tooth Gem Bar Services:
• Please cancel at least a week (7 days) or reschedule at least 48 hours (2 days) before the beginning of your booking.
• Deposits are transferable to rescheduled bookings made in accordance with our policy.
• Cancellations less than a week (7 days) before the beginning of the booking or reschedules less than 48 hours before the beginning of the booking will forfeit your deposit.

Teeth Whitening Services:
• Due to the nature of the service being performed, Whitening services cannot be refunded if the client is dissatisfied with results, as results vary for each person and are not guaranteed.
Tooth Gem Services:
(only applicable to semi-permanent tooth gems.)
• Any Tooth Gems that have fallen off within 2 weeks of placement can be refunded or replaced with a gem of equal value at no additional cost with the exception that the loss of tooth gem was not caused by accidental error or intentionality of client (determined by an oral assessment).
• Outside of the 2 weeks warranty, tooth gems are not refundable. (Some exceptions by apply on a case by case basis)

Retail Products:
• Personal Hygiene Products are non-refundable.
We are generally closed on Saturday, however if you would like to book an appointment we will do our best to accommodate from 6pm onwards. You can reach out to us at: hello@32diamonds.ca.(hello@32diamonds.ca.) Please include in the email:
• Your name
• Exact date you want to book
• Time you are booking for
• Number of people
• Address where you want the service
• Email to be contacted
Your request will be reviewed and followed up with an email notifiying you of your request status. IF your desired date or time is unavailable, alternate Saturday dates or times may be offered for consideration.
