WHITENING APPOINTMENT
CANCELLATION POLICY
To cancel your appointment please contact us at least 24 Hours in advance from the start time of your scheduled appointment time. Cancelling less than 24 hours or no shows for your appointment time slot will incur a ($20CAD) cancellation fee (from deposit) charged to your payment card on file. Last minute cancellations or not showing up for your appointment takes away the opportunity for another person to book their preferred time slot.
RESCHEDULE APPOINTMENT POLICY
All Appointments booked with 32DIAMONDS INC. can be rescheduled at least 24 hours before the start of your scheduled appointment time with no late-reschedule fees incurred. Appointments rescheduled less than 24 hours of your appointment time will incur ($20CAD) late reschedule fee (from deposit) on your payment card on file.

GROUP BOOKINGS AND TOOTH GEM BAR APPOINTMENTS
Deposits are required for all Group Bookings and Tooth Gem Bar Services. Deposits go towards the total cost of the Group Service or Tooth Gem Bar Booking. Deposits are non-refundable if booking is cancelled less than a week (7 days) from the scheduled time and date of the booking.
