Refund Policy

Whitening Services: 

Due to the nature of the service being performed, Whitening services cannot be refunded if the client is dissatisfied with results, as results vary for each person. 

 

Tooth Gems: 

(Only Applicable to Semi-permanent tooth gems.) 

Any Tooth Gems that have fallen off within 2 weeks of placement can be refunded or replaced at no additional cost with the exception that the loss of tooth gem was not caused by accidental error of client (determined by an oral assessment). If the adhesive glue has fallen off with the Gem, within 2 weeks after placement, the fault is with the adhesive placement and the tooth gem can be replaced at no charge or refunded. If the tooth gem has fallen off and the residual adhesive glue remains on the tooth, the tooth gem may not be replaced or refunded as it has fallen off by an applied force (whether accidentally, neglectfully or intentionally).

 

To begin the refund or replacement  process, please email us at refunds@32diamonds.ca .We will get in touch with you to schedule an appointment in person to assess the tooth gem.  Following assessment, if the adhesion is NOT on the tooth, either a refund or a replacement of exact gem or alternative gem of same value (if exact gem is no longer present) will be applied. Refunds will be processed by the same method in which original payment was made. IF there is adhesion on the tooth, a refund or replacement at no charge will NOT be processed.

Retail Products: 

Personal Hygiene Products are non-refundable. All other retail products can be refunded within 30 days after purchase if unused and unopened. Return Shipping costs are covered by the customer.

 

It is the customer’s responsibility upon checkout to ensure all shipping information is correct. Missing parcels due to this circumstance or invalid address are non-refundable.  Unfortunately we cannot accept returns on sale items/services and on gift cards.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and will email you whether your refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on the same payment card used for the purchase. Please note, if the item has not been received to us or the wrong address has been entered as it is the responsibility of the sender (customer), we will be unable to complete the return and the refund request will be voided.

It will take your bank some time to process and post the refund. If you have not yet received your refund yet in a reasonable time frame, please contact your bank or credit card company. If you have done all this and still have not seen your refund, please contact us at support@32diamonds.ca
