Cancellation Policy
All appointments require a $20 non-refundable deposit to save your spot. The deposit is applied to the total cost of the provided scheduled service. To cancel or reschedule please contact us at least 24 Hours in advance from the beginning of your appointment time. Cancelling/rescheduling less than 24 hours, or no show will result in a ($20)CAD cancellation fee (from the deposit). Unfortunately cancelling or not showing up takes away the opportunity for another person who would have preferred your time slot. Replacement of Tooth Gem - If your Tooth Gem falls off within 2 weeks of placement, please read our Refund/Replacement Policy for Tooth Gems on our website, as there is a possibility it can be replaced or refunded with the exception it was not caused by accidental or intentional error of the client.
